i m ar. ratul from bangladesh. recently graduated from BUET(bangladesh university of engineering & technology) on march’09.

to me the massing of the project tells that it is a corner plot. this is onr of the best corner treatment i have ever seen. this is the most successful thing of this project.
the parking position also enhance the justification of this massing. how the window has been treated it clearly makes you feel that you are in a corner position both inwardly & outwardly.

@Mosrur — Good start! Have a look at FLW’s “Robie House” & Guggenheim + NYC and perhaps also Loos’ house for Josephine Baker, and the ways in which modernists deal with corner conditions from the macrocosmic (site) to the microcosmic (tectonic detail) to further develop your analysis.
